About Our Cassava

Cassava (Manihot esculenta) is a staple crop in Ghana and many parts of Africa, valued for its drought tolerance and ability to grow in various soil conditions. It's a rich source of carbohydrates and contains significant amounts of calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin C.
